David Katz

David Katz is a founding partner of Katz and Phillips. As a former Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Katz has prosecuted cases across Orlando. Mr. Katz was a DUI Intoxilyzer specialist while working at the Seminole County State Attorney’s office. He has a strong background in trials and was chosen by the Florida Prosecuting Attorney’s Association to teach trial skills to new prosecutors on a statewide basis. He has been involved in the prosecution and defense of thousands of cases.
