About Orlando Attorney Stanley Townsend
Stan Townsend is a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was also a detective with the local Central Florida Police Department. Originally from Georgia, Stan relocated to Central Florida in 1974. After graduating college with a degree in Business Administration in 1972, Mr. Townsend later received his Juris Doctorate degree. During his time at the FBI, Mr. Townsend investigated and assisted in the prosecution of criminals involved in many illegal activities including bank robbery, kidnapping, and civil rights violations. He also assisted in the apprehension of fugitives. He uses that knowledge to his advantage when fighting for his clients.

Mr. Townsend specializes in the area of criminal law. He has an extensive background working with many various crimes and understands how to most effectively defend the rights of his clients. He has represented clients against a variety of criminal charges. He has a strong understanding of the penalties associated with these crimes and works to provide a high level of legal representation for his clients.
